at what real skill point can u cook stat fishes without burning most of them?

by the time i could catch stat fish i had about 90 cooking and i still burned some of them.

I have about 94 cooking, and I still burn them once in a while.

you will burn sometimes even at 100%. im not entirely sure when you could start cooking but at 80% you will cook roughly 2/3 most of the time, dont quote me on that tho you can also get these anoying lil burning streaks :?
