Delited chars would show up and there are stat changing spells, but not sure if they would show.

Deleted characters will continue to show on the stat system. Any characters that haven't had an update in the stat system will be purged after 3 month.

In regards to high stats, yeah sure if someone's poly'ed and/or blessed sometimes they can look like they have attrocious stats. Of course once they are unpoly'ed and banksitting with no spells on it will update their stats back to their normal numbers on the stats page.
