So you can know when to feed your animal, who owns the animal.

Supposedly it helps in your taming success, but if I remember correctly, Jorus or Blinkers said it has no effect on sucess rate yet.

Dude read my skill guides. Animal lore also helps with veterinary. Just like anatomy helps with healing.

If your a newbie mage, train animal lore it will raise your int fast.

Best if you have 60 str so you can wear plate and lower your int by 30...doing this can get you up to 120ish int.

Plus the fff dont cost all that much.

I cant remember if animal lore effects taming but i beleive it does but i cant be certain without the script in front of me (i have an old back up before that was made) blinkers would not have a clue plus he is dirty.

Yah, animal lore lets you see the hunger level and the ownership of the animal and lemme tell you why both of these are cool: cause you can see when a tamed animal is hungry and if it's a nice one you could wait there to become wild and tame it. And, secondly, knowing who it belongs to, you don't feel remorse when killing it
