Ok, so this is a hey what the hell i dont get it question. phones phone cards pre paid stuff, things i just dont get.

can anyone recommend any good gms phones and or plans that are good for international and can be used in the states?

well the phone should be three/quadri band.. or actually if you guys have in the states sim cards you can just buy one there.. and will surely work..

I've been on t mobils site and net 10 and cingular and wutnot and havnt seen ONE that sells individual sim doodles. i know they do that here in africa but i hadnt even heard of them bacck in the states..
