There's an ankh about 3 mins from Vesper. If you run out across the "PK" bridge (The one with all the heads along it) Once you get out there, just head down south till you see the graveyard and ankh!

There is also a res house in Vesper where you can go to get be resurrected. Go to the bridge on the far south of the bank then head east once you cross the 1st bridge until you come upon a large house on an island.
