this could probably help alot of people, but most importantly, me . . .so yea i downloaded the 1.1 .net thing from microsoft.com and like i tried to install it and i double clik the instally thing download and it says that i have to find the "path to the installer" or whatnot . . . so i browse my comp and put the directory info to that of the downloaded .net installer . . . but it says i need the netfx.msi and not .exe and the one i downloaded was .exe except thats like the only one ? ? ?anyone got any ideas ? sorry im comp retarded if its something dumb dont slap me :-/

those r the steps i took after downloading the netfx.exe file from microsoft.com or whatnot . . . any help ?

I updated to net framework 2.0 and turned my firewall of when I first launched obs.
