Post subject:  New games for a new PC?
Ive just bought HL2 (Game of the Year edition) so i can get my CS fix, and F E A R to show off the hardware. Im gonna buy Elder Scrolls 4 as soon as its released, and im tempted by NFS: Most Wanted to use with my Xbox 360 pad - but do any of u have recommendations for new or up-and-coming games? I haven't done any gaming for months. I r noob.

FEAR is an ace game, its best to play it on hard to start with.

Also you might wanna get Call of duty 2,
I wouldnt bother with King Kong as I got bored shitless throwing fooking spears (gimme a frigging gun!, or let me play with the monkey dammit)

If you dont already have it FarCry is by far 1 of the best games out (I rate it better then HL2).

As for games still in the works, keep your eye out for Crysis (same makers as FarCry) and Elder Scrolls 4 as you already know.

I dunno want you think about RTS games but Rome Total War will have you hooked, also Medieval 2 is in the making which from what I read about it in PC Zone sounds unbelieveable.

NFS most wanted is a good game never played it on pc only ps2

farcry is good to but when i played it online there wasnt many servers
and it was really laggy dunno if i needed a newer version tho

But Cs:s PWNS both them games!

and battlefield 2 pwns all 3 of them games!

Horace goes skiing. You'll be hard pressed to find grafix of this superiority. Just put some earphones on a crank up the volume to imerse yourself in the realistic, almost lifelike sounds that will carry you away to another world. The experience is so real you can almost hear your leg bones crack when you buckle and roll down hill arse over tit.

the only two games ive bought this year for pc are UT2005 and C&C The First decade.

dd said that fear was good.

Resident Evil 4 freaking r00ls on gamecube or ps2. its one of the coolest games ive ever played.

i kinda liked medievil total war better than rome total war but they both own.

No good games till Oblivion. It makes me cry :cry:

But yeah....FEAR was great (do play on hard first or it's kinda a walk in the park).

FarCry is fun for a while, although MP kinda....sucks :p

HL2 was one of my best purchases, mainly for CSS and DoD:S.

Quake 4/Doom 3 (They're basically the same game, just different models and guns). Both sucked....big time.

Res 4 was amazing. Cleared the gamecube version, and can't wait till it comes out for the PC (should be out soon, along with Onimusha 2 or 3 and DMC 3...can't quite remember).

Anyway....back to hiding in the shadows.....
