Post subject:  heavy lift meeting

im having a time of happy if u guys didnt know i weightlift, its pre season foot ball so i work out with them (going for defensive end) and put out 100% effort, i came to here weakest for sure in the foot ball team i couldnt bench press 65 pds.. ya sad.. but went to this weight compition a month later and won 2nd in 4 areas of weight lifting/training and 1 place in power cling im happy really happy,,

Do they have weight classes like in wrestling? I used to lift alot in highschool and w/ BB when we were working out. Trust me when I say BB would be the coach you love to hate, he can push you to angony like you wouldn't beleive. I feel sore just remembering it.

my weight is 155 i can bench 220 i am 15 on april 10 th
i power cling around 220 also but i can max out higher than that im sure
but dead lift ill go around 350 if coach alows me to cuz i broke 5 olympic regulation bars this preseason
i think my squat max is 250 and i can do 253 straight benchmark dips(dips by weightlifting standards) measures ur angle on ur arms to see if ur doing low enough dips

It's perfectly natural you just train hard and the first 3 month is where the largest gains come. Sets of 8 to 10 reps with heavy weighs and u will soon build up body mass (eat lots of protein). If I were you I'd reduce the weight now and do sets of 15 to 20 reps for more definition, keep rotating the process working no more than 2 muscles groups a day. I went from 140 pounds to around 230 in 18 month, that was about 8 years ago I tend not to train mass now just work on the fitness side of things. But yes it can be done been there got the T/shirt.

haha terek and carling all u can do is hate? lol serously,,, get ur lazy asses up and train maybe ull learn something about gains not to be cocky but serously,,, if u dont care dont post here we dont need u to ruin the mood , grow up guys mature a little bit
and for that matter im not taking steriods or anyother illegal inhancment,,, all i drink is gatorade all i shoot, is basketballs
,,talking about balls... my wang is as big as ever,,
and it was about 1 1/2 months ive been training just to correct the other post
and i was talking about 2 months ago i could barly do 65 pounds bench for that other 1/2 months i was doing push ups than when i first started weight training and gaining muscle i moved to knuckles than moved to fingers than im just now going on thumb middle and pinky push ups they work,, and good for grip for abs at home i did bows and toes
O and i just remebered i got checked just like everyone else for steriod use and i cleared it no prob just to get that out the way,,
