You know, I try to be understanding about posts like this, but it gets harder and harder each time, do you know why?
Because none of this ever passes my desk.
I can't speak for other staff, i'm not other staff. And issues sent to other staff usually don't reach word of me, so if you do, great. IF you do and nothing gets done, not my fault, don't blame me, send it to me and i'll try to get something worked out. That being said...
If you don't send anything about problems to staff, then it never gets dealt with. 95%+ of bugs that get found out about and fixed are because of three players, and yet when they are fixed usually a good portion of the shard knows about them. This sickens me because people complain about the shard being buggy but never report bugs.
There is a bugs forum, use it. There is PM, use it.
Also, this goes the same whether the bug abuser is staff or player, report it to me. It WILL get dealt with. Reporting it to the higher admins also work, but i cannot vouch for them having time to deal with any given issue. I am on usually daily, if not every half week, and i make it a point to deal with any given issue with pretty decent speed.
That being said, if you have an issue with staff, bring it up with either that staffmember, or, if you want a neutral party, me or thassius. It will get dealt with. Do not bring things to the forum until you have exhausted all proper means of communication. Aka, until you tell me specifically and have tried the other admins, if nothing gets done, then i will not complain if you try to start trouble in the forums.
That being said, this is flamebait and in violation of the rules as it is a matter that should be brought up in pm with the staff. Thank you for your time.
