There is a black rock spire located at 3176.611.13 in vesper territory. it emits a mysterious power. Anyone have any idea what it is, could this be part of a new quest? post with your speculations, ideas and answers. |

Yes it's part of the quest that's been going on for a while, check the Quests section and look at the BlackRock structures thread |
