We have been down this road already, you can refuse to sell to certain members who are trolling your thread and things of that nature but restricting sale to someone simply because of their guild or who their friends are is not allowed. If you wis to sell to only a certain few people then sell it in game. Thank you. |

so basically the fact that i got good reason not to sell to that particular guild and this (ex) member of that guild especially doesn't matter? Good job i put this in as well then: Quote: I also reserve the right to sell if the price is too low.
if the price doesn't increase substantially i am gonna have to withdraw the item from sale.

RULE 1 If you list an item for sale and the item in question has bids on it, you must let the auction run its course, you have to say going once, twice and three times, you can leave a minimum of 1 hour between the 3 stages and once you "go once" you have a maximum of 1 day to go twice. Of course you must set a reserve on the item, if it doesnt meet the reserve, then you dont have to sell it simple eh? -P.S YOU MUST POST THE RESERVE IN THE AUCTION ITSELF - Theres no point starting an auction at 1 gp if you want 100k for it, just a waste of everyones time, buttnuggets ! |

the forum rules must've been updated seeing as only 2 weeks ago.. 06 Mar Mariner said: Quote: I would suggest though that next time you put in either a min. bid or at least reserve the right to withdraw the item.
perhaps mods should consider bumping threads they edit as i don't tend to read things again just in case they've changed somethin. The last post stands: Auction ended. Item withdrawn from sale as price too low!!!!! |
