From my knowledge there were 3 Mephistos in Obsidian's history.

Mephistopheles (also Mephisto, Mephistophilus, Mephist, Mephistophilis, Mephostophiles, Mephostophiel, Mephisophilus, and Mephistovic) is a name given to one of the chief demons of Christianity appearing in European literary traditions. While the name is frequently used as an alternative form of Satan or the Devil, it evolved during the Renaissance; the name Mephistopheles makes no appearance in the Bible.

ps.) he didnt kno about mephisto and asked for a name change... which was too hard to get...

ps. there's a mephisto in diablo2 as well... quite hard to kill

I have talked to thet mephesto guy in game as far as I can tell he is just a noob. But don't worry we all know exactly who Mephisto really is.

accually I did know that, Just wasn't sure so I didn't feel like looking like a retard stating it, and it being false. Reminds me that the bible is one of the best books ever writen. and drizz don't wet your old man undies, It's just a really creative and col story.

Mephisto is my fighters (Belial) sons mate as mephisto ganged up with lucifer in the war against heaven and... wiki says: In early Christian writings, Belial was identified first with an angel of confusion and lust, created after Lucifer. Yes, Mephesto is Deathwish and also a very good friend of mine. I know the other Mephisto is back and I told Deathwish about it right at the time he made his new char. If he is trying to get his name changed, it shouldnt be too hard to do but might not be necessary.
