no idea no one really knows if its capped at 40 or what, if its capped at 40 you have +40 % other than that *shrugs*

90.0% vet points =D

it's like 6 years in obs is +10.0% ... so 74 years = +90.% skillcap

Don't forget that your begining cap is not absolute. It could have been 790 or as low as 740 in some cases.

No YOU dont becasue its not YOUR account the person that gave u that account has a high skill cap but skill vet points are caped.. just because your old dont mean u get 10% every 6 years
