ive ran around to alot of stables, various shops. doesent seem to find one i can train taming from. i recall being able to do this in cove, but cant get there so :/

Anyone know a place to?

You can only buy it up to 14% or smth. Vegetable sellers IIRC. There was
some other NPC with it a bit higher, but I might be thinking about the Cove
one.
