Just rebooted my comp (ereased everything, etc...) But you know, vista has its problems. So i download obsidian and try to open the client, I get this message saying "Error locating Obsidian Registry entries. Please reinstall Obsidian." Reinstalled and got the same error.

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\DX Gaming Network\Obsidian Shard\3.0.0] "ExePath"="C:\\Obsidian\\obsidian.exe" "PatchExePath"="C:\\Obsidian\\obsidian.exe" "StartExePath"="C:\\Obsidian\\obsidian.exe" "InstCDPath"="C:\\Obsidian" "Upgraded"="Yes"
I suppose could try making a .reg file, sticking that in there with Notepad,
changing path to your installation and executing it. Odd you'd get such an
error though.

Only to reinstall obsi (uninstall first). Make sure you have admin access.
Start regedit and manually check if entries are really there. Perhaps try
starting installer and obsi in compatability modes.

Okay, fixed that prob. Now it's saying error patching 303.exe. I downloaded the patches, but just to make sure, do I run 303.exe, restart comp, open obs? Or do I just extract them into the folder?

You are supposed to run the ones you're having problems with in obsi dir.
Although never tried just leaving them there, perhaps it checks for files
and auto executes them.

I've read all the forums on how to get this patch 303.exe fixed, nothing has changed anything for shit. This has never happend before on all 3 of my comps (including this one.) I've extracted the patches into my obsidian folder, restarted my computer, then opened obsidian.exe and I still get the same error. My .net frame is up to date. I can't think of anything else to do..
