PLS HELP ME TO PLAY THE GAME... I DIDNT RECEIVE ANY EMAILS REGARDING MY ACCOUNT INFORMATION I TRIED IT ALREADY 3 TIMES IN 3 DIFFERENT EMAIL.. I STILL HAVENT RECEIVE ANY INFORMATION PLS HELP ME
COULD SME1 CREATE AND ACCOUNT FOR ME PLS...

PM a staff and dont wait for it to get fixed is my point cuz your most likely gonna get the pass from a staff and not from email

I think it can take up to several days to receive your email. There may be a bug that is prolly gonna be fixed 
But indeed, try sending a private message to a staff member : Echo, GMBob or Broadband, etc (check the list)
I'm sure they'd be glad to help a new player.
btw, did you fix that patching problem ?

it should rly be of high prio this problem, I think that new players never seen obsidian or even UO perhaps just doesent give a damn enough to try harder for an account if the fail from start. As they dont know what they are missing _________________ Ambient - GM Crafter
