I like:
-Ramen Plain or "This...is...Sparta Ramen!!!!"
-Yep, the "Ram" with a dash of soy/hot sauce (I prefer something called Tai Sriracha sauce.)
-And finally, when I get me hippy hat on, I pan fry some floured tofu cubes in seseme oil until all sides are browned, followed by stir-frying whatever veggies I feel like: bell peppers, mushrooms (shitaki or plain old white), some onion, and, when I get really crazy, some cubed boneless chicken breast. Add the soy/hot sauce and some of the flavor packet to taste and then throw it in a big stainless steel bowl with the noodles (with or without the water you used to make them with).
Guilty pleasure: sometimes I'll throw in a splash of whatever vinegar I have. Rice wine vinegar is best.
God, it's late and I ALWAYS have ramen in the cupboard somewhere. I like the Nissin brand the best for some reason. And now I'm craving a damn bowl. Thanks Bob!
