I'm wearing a mixed set of Agapite and Shadow. When first trying to cast reactive armor on myself in War mode, I received a message like "Your armor prevents you from performing the spell" or whatever. OK, that makes sense until I get out of war mode and cast just fine. Go back into war mode and also cast just fine heh-heh.

Armor now adds a % casting failure to spells.
The heavier the armor, the bigger the %.
