I REALLY hope to see this get fixed very very soon, If there is even 1 wall at the place I try and login to, I freeze and have to restart and wait for the wall to decay. Just a bit ago I tried logging in and there was just some trash on the ground (tables, gorgets,bodies,etc.) I couldn't login, I had to ask someone to throw it all away so I could get on.

FIX IT PLEASE.

Presumably you are using the standalone client?

Have you tried completely uninstalling, deleting all traces, and then reinstalling your client? I do not have this issue with walls.

Its not just him, everyone i've talked to about it also notices that nearly every single time you log out and back in, theres some sort of problem. Every time i want to switch chars i have to completely close obs and open it again ><
Im pretty sure it doesnt have anything to do with walls cause even in empty places it does it.

Well this only happens to me when there are to many items in the area, when logging on I crash.

Also something that might want to be looked at is, when logging off or crashing outside of town, you are poofed to vesper automatically. Someone could easily avoid a PK by logging off, logging back on in vesper and laughing.

I can log in and out and switch chars with no problems so it isnt everyone.

Well once again today, happened to 4 people including myself.

Was a little brawl at the bank today and I tried to login to help some of my friends, I hate to login, move 3 tiles, logoff, and do it over and over again untill I successfully logged in. Shadow Hunter, Rob, Me, and Venomous were both having the same problem, as far as I could see.

Belg, try logging into a place that has 2 walls up, I bet you can't.

Again, this issue is not happening to me (and, as belg said, other players arent having the same issue) so it does appear to be a little strange.

However, the fact that quite a few of you are having this issue means there is definitely a problem.

I've discussed this with Bob, and he has said that there is an issue with the new client and item limits etc. We will look into improving this situation for you.

The stability of the client should be a very basic hygiene factor for our players to enjoy the shard, so this will be something that we will look at.

Also something you should fix is when logging in it is not poofing us correctly to where we logged out and puts us in green acres.

WELL, another brawl at vesp bank with around 8 people, no one could logon, each time i logged on i saw other players logging on away from the stone walls at the bank trying to logon (including thass).

Can this be fixed soon please?

Well there are two ways to fix it.

A. You wait till the client side patch due out sometime in january/febuary, which will hopefully adress it.

or

B. I can make your entire world exist in a 3 x 3 square that you will not be able to see out of. You won't crash, but anything 4 squares away with a bow will own you before you know it exists.

Could it be possible that this issue might have something to do with an item of some kind (in a pack or bank) of the people crashing?

i noticed if you log out poisoned youll keep crashing until poison is cured or wears off.

Well, from what i've noticed im not really crashing randomly anymore, but still whenever theres walls involved i cant log in cause i crash over n over n over.
