I keep freezing before character select screen appears. Perhaps some work is being done? Is there an eta of when we can logon?

Looks like the line the shard is on got IP-block switched sometime this morning. (extremely rare occurance, usually involves the ISP doing infrastructure changes)
Basically the server still thought it was at one place, when really the upstream ISP changed it's IP.

This is fixed so you should be able to connect normally.
