| Post subject: | About taming |
I ran a thread in T.L.C. forums and although i didnt get as many responses as i would have hoped, we have came up with a few things that we would like to see changed with taming. 1. When an animal goes behind a tree or other object you fail and it says "You can't see the creature." 2. Spamming all come no longer speeds up creatures. Takes forever to move rides from place to place. 3. Way to many low level rides spawning lately. I take a walk around and every where there are horses and llamas. Too many rides spawning is bad for ride prices. 4. All animals seem to tame way too fast. I never got to try this with a tamer that wasn't gm so perhaps it's not an issue but if all animals tame way too fast it would take insane amounts of time to train a tamer. |

Shhh dun say nothing man.. They will steal your stang.. I found a red one with my newb tamer and they took it out of my bank, I tried to sell it on the forums I guess that's how they knew to take it. It doesn't seem fair though, as every tamer who tamed one and didn't post got to keep theirs I'm assuming... And it's still not fixed? So why not steal everyone's stangs ffs... Or maybe don't take things from 1 player and not another and just fix the probs... Or announce that we aren't allowed to tame things. Having it taken with no notice sux though.. |

So you think anyone at any level should be able to tame rare expensive rides? How in the hell does that make sense. To all the people who spent weeks training your tamer sorry but now any jack ass can create a tamer and steal expensive rides and business from you on the first day, yea that makes sense. |

I think Iori is saying that a lower level tamer who will have no chance to tame a high end critter should get the "your skill is too low" message. Medium level tamers that might have a 5 in 100 chance to tame something are not even allowed to try under the current system, and that should be changed. |

in the past at any lvl of taming u could tamer any creature out there EXCEPT rare rides cus for that u need it like 90% taming or be a GM something like that.... THATS what i mean , i know that its gay that some noob can tamer sexy rides, but i think they change it cus yesterday i try to get a house with Iori and he have like 17% taing i fail alot but eventually got tamed not sure if its a bug or the system work that way now but should be nice , why ? cus that way u gain better trying to tamer some creature that is was over ur normal %, like casting higher spells to gain magery. something like that |

no i didsagree with the way it is ..it is NOT balanced at all. Plus you cant train it cuz everything tames way to fast so no hope in taming gains. Dont shhot the messenger! |

Wait until after the crafting patch and see what is what it, might stay the same and it might be totally different. But as far as gains go yes i think it is almost impossible to gm a tamer the way it is. |
