Brit there is a Carpenter shop where u can buy it. From the bank head north and go under the little doorway that is attached to the castle. I forgot whether the 1st or 2nd one sells it.
Houses (small) are around 50k last i checked

i think small house is 50k shit i dont even know for sure which is really sad but i have teenagers so i get a pass. you can get deeds at the carpenter shop thingie in britain last i checked. |

I believe it is the second house. They may have gone up a little, I think they are about 57500 or some odd number close to that. |
