well after the fix on healing delays for what your holding in your hands..one sec for left and 2 for right or however it goes, i gained 2 seconds to my heal delay..i use a two handed wep.

if its 3 seconds for someone with a sword and sheild, it shouldnt be 3 seconds for 2 handed wep. you would need to put down to heal a sheild or a sword yet you can hold your 2 handed wep still to heal. the reason for extra delay is because you need both hands for wep and sheild , but if you can heal with 1 sec delay for a 1 handed wep...why shouldnt you be able to do the same with 2 handed. after all the reason for it being 2 handed is to swing it not just to hold it. just a thought.

because

1) the notion of healing each 5 secs is out of wack anyway
2) healing with some bandages all sorts of damage is stupid
3) applying bandages during combat is unlikely
4) applying bandages with anything in ur hands would suck, seeing you probably need ur fingers
5) weapons are all heavy as shit IRL, have you ever held a real sword?

and since u have a big bonus on dmg with a 2 handed, it's ok if u have a longer delay.

i disagree...if you have a sheild and a sword in hand it should be 3 but, a two-handed should at least only be 2 secs instead of three happy meduim? i gained 2 seconds on healing from this change...i have high dex for healing speed this kinda defeats it, you have ALOT of bonuses for str. dont take away us dexxors bonus.

it's not a penalty against dexxers, considering that all people have this penalty, str or dex build ignored.

That being said, proposal for limiting 2 hand weapons to 2 seconds instead of 3?
They do do more damage, but they also take more damage than a sword and shield user, so i can see that as being a reasonable thought.

Thoughts from the rest of you?

chips..no offense but your bias(prolly spelled wrong)

you were complaining about dexxers before alot.

I am a dexxer char, i fought chemi and erasor, both mages, they but up a hard fight it was back and forth most of time.

i also fought tank mages like venomous..we were also very close.

but that was before i lost 2 seconds of heal time..lol

that is HUGE against a mage since they have no wep.

i think that is fair meduim..like bob said you take more damage holding one and its also a slower wep.

mages don't have weps but they have also have a huge healing delay because of their magery so what you just said makes no sense what soever.

not really....if i was fighting them and we were close to equal..and i lost 2 seconds on my heal delay. they lost nothing..yes they have slow healing but they have magic to use for healing. and cast bears to keep you away, or deamonsor chickens...lol

But 2 handed weps have always had that delay so it still wouldn't make a difference.

how am i biased... biased towards who? people that use 2 handed weps? like sub zero..... and interceptor my pvp characters?
or am i baised against sheild users... like you know, my 2 pvp characters sub zero and interceptor? and biased is spelled right..
your definition of biased is just off...

and I don't care if your a dexxer... it has nothing to do with anything else....

the argument is about the shields vrs 2 handed weapons,
to me it just sounds like your trying to knock back off the seconds you lost after dexxers were evened out with everyone else

ALSO mages have nothing to do with this ... why would you mention a mage?
which i have also..... :/

PS. by far i think the tank suffers more than your warrior has anyway
they get the worst of 2 worlds and dummed down versions of there positives

they have the delay from weps (3 secs) + the ridiculously large delay from magery,,,
still I dont get how i have a 17 sec delay ,, it should be like 14,,, but w,e different topic...

easy...easy...i brought up mages becuase it we are talking about balance, at least to a point. so i was bringing that into the mix also. you cant leave one kind out when talking balance.

and rereading my bias statement it is worded wrong..wrong word...but now im not sure what i meant ..too long ago..lol..but i was just messing regardless.

well when trying to be takin serious for balance you shouldn't "just be messing" regardless of w,e, it just makes shit confusing,,,, and makes you look stupid.

Warriors being at a disadvantage to mages from 1 second of healing is just ridiculous sorry to say but just stfu falin? it's clear who is at a disadvantage already,

why would you give a 3 sec delay on 2 handed weapons? in my opion why should you get max penlty for still only haveing 1 hand filled.you get a 3 sec delay for both hands filled the max penalty i think should be 2 but that is my opoin. just like a shield
