I'm assuming you just made a new char and somehow he has attained all these random skills from no knowledge of the skills what so ever? I think every skill that you do not choose to start at 50.0 should be set to 0.0, just my opinion, I don't really care since I can't make a new character.

Ya these were all the skills that come with the character, along with the 50 to 2 different
skills you chose to have.

Some of the skills that I do not need are at like 3 FFF needed to drop them
