I was thinking since necro armour takes some necromancery to make. It shouldent have the 5% fail cast since it is also very weak. |

Ive read in changelog that this has been set to 0% but i dont think it was saved right because i just fizzled due to armour 5 times with the 5% and all im wearing is that necro stuff. |

nop its not movable. Only gms can remove it. |
