last time i was checking its price it was for 100k and the housing section in site said it cost 100k, but today when i was going to buy it i found shops selling it for 150k. is that normal?

Yes! If you check all the prices of houses they have been raised. Small houses used to sell for around 50k, but now they sell for at least 57-58k.

Uhm well then I honestly did not know it raised that much. A 22k raise is ridiculous in my opinion.

just a week ago, small houses were 57500. now there 25 k more. if you look at the housing guide on the home page, it gives you what all the old, old prices were. A week ago they were 15% higher, and i check them today, and they went up a lot. wow.
