Hello! I saw that the Necro book has its right spell/mana rates...but thing is, I got less than 40% necromancy but yet I'm able to cast Reconstruct, eventho if in the book it says that it is needed 50% Necromancy.

Dunno if it is just 4 me or 4 all!
