Well when i try to trade my house it crashs me. It wont let me trade the house please can this be fixed im trying to sell my house..

could not replicate, system works fine.
Page on a house by house basis.

Make sure you are within 2 steps of the sign and next to each other.
It helps to have one person standing under the sign when possible.

Left a page ingame about a house.

Seems to crash the person trying to transfer the house right before the trade window pops up.

Doesn't crash the reciever.

FIGURED IT OUT!
On Duo:
I try to trade it to shadow hunter: we both crash
I try to trade to maximus: he crashes but i don't
So i switched to El-Ahrairah:
I try to trade to shadow: I crash he doesn't
I trade to maximus: It works

Conclusion:
two word names crash the system.

Bonus:
Staff couldn't figure it out because all staff are one-word names, ever notice that?
