Have Necromancy Reaction on them, you get frozen after you throw one, and they poison you.

necromancy reaction is a very complex system, and unless you use other necromancy spells, would be 99% ineffective.

That being said hallu pots are combat potions and therefore require skill to use as well as have cooldowns, so they seem relatively balanced to me.

well compare poison pots to halu pots,,, that doesnt make much since
unless you freeze everytime you through a poison pot
