Parrying gains too quickly. Maybe slow the gains by 75%?

Too many people are gming it right from the word go. I remember spending weeks training it.

maybe not that far but if you know what your doing it doesnt take any time at all if anything should be done id say slow down the spawn in cove cause when i made sab parry was easy because there was always like 9-10 skeletons hitting me which makes the skill gain tons faster...
