 Post subject: Selling Back to Vendor

So i just recently tried buying a house deed, and instead of buying sandstone patio i lagged and it bought me 3 roomed house. So i try to sell deed back to vendor and he wont even buy it not even for 50% or anything. Not sure why.

If it's a genuine, honest mistake and you have not placed the house deed yet - then your best bet is to page in-game and hope to catch a GM in a good mood who may refund it to you ;)
