i think it could be cool if one could donate money to the government or the churche to get his kill count lowered..

lets say any 25k donation would remove a kill or something like that
so one could spend 500k and be blue again if he like

ps. Was gonna leave it at that but meh. The system is fine the way it is. People who are red are red for a reason and probably enjoy being red. They would never, NEVER pay 25k to decay a kill. You lose more money than you would have gained in looting the person.
My suggestion is that people stop trying to find ways to screw each other over and find something productive to do. How does this suggestion help anything? What would it improve if implemented?

Oh! Oh! I do have a suggestion you may like...Maybe have a tax when you open any doors on the shard. Perhaps 100gp to enter any door?
Maybe you have to pay to access bridges?
Maybe players should pay taxes on loot they get from monsters?!?!

Oh and yeah....great way to encourage PvP...penalize them with a 25k fine to remove the kill!!!

Calm down, it was just a suggestion. Its better to have people trying to help, then not at all.

He didnt say abolish the decay time on kills, so people didnt have to pay if they didnt want to. Im Red now, and id love to spend money to get ride of being red, im sick of being g whacked. I like the idea.

I would like some sort of way to get ride of kills other than time... A quest, good deeds, paying off our own bounty... Would be neat

time decay is the way it should be... having a bounty means someone is getting paid to make you either dead or in jail and since people can get revived it just means you get killed and jailed or jail either way its not really the same... although i do think killing blue npcs outside of town shouldnt get you a kill...
