using Arms lore on these bows gives you a different atk value each time you use the skill on the same bow i tested and got 26,19,23,25. not sure how the same bow can shift attack values... |

It wont change...but your perception on what atk the bow has does. The only way to know is to have a Gm archer hold it. I can do that for you on Dracula. I may buy it if it is for sale too. |

Not a bug. Arms lore gives an approximation, the higher your skill, the less it shifts. |
