Im about to cuss so take no offence im pissed off I was on my grey miner, im at the bank and get attacked, so i go into war mode and kill the crafter attacking me, then i f****** turn red? what kind of shit is that? if this shit isnt fixed no one will f****** play, i cant even survive on my f****** mage because shit is so unbalanced and if u say its fine ur a f****** moron. There, sorry but thats the only way I get my points through |

I was there and i saw it.. It was pretty messed up.. You should not gain a kill for that shit.. The other day i was in a fight and one of my exp pots hit a banker and took his hp down like 5 maybe? Then someone thinks hes funny to go kill the banker and guess who gains the kill!? ME Im f****** sick of this |

This is not currently a bug. It doesn't matter who the agressor is, if a blue kills a blue, even a criminal, you gained a kill. It was like that in t3a. Agressor just says who can call guards and is criminal. Now, if you want it changed, go ahead and bring that up for discussion, however the minute that happens, i guarantee you will now have this occurance: Player A is afk banksitting for whatever reason Player B comes up and melees with a skill they're bad at, or a really slow weapon, guaranteeing misses. Player A autoattacks back and hits, and is now considered the "Agressor" Player B now kills Player A with no kill gain. |

personally i think the agressor should be the only one able to get a kill also if like u said bob.. if u came up to me and tried to hit me.. and kept missing i wouldnt be auto hit back untill u landed a strike (thats how it works in the game last i checked) so yes i think you need to make it back how it was... person who makes the first contact blow is only one able to get the kill because they initiated the attack.. its just as abusable on the other end.. say for example.. u are a blue char and youare sitting at bank.. u just so happend to kill a red pker... and he hops on his lets say... Carpenter.. and keeps running up to attacking and dieing... and gives u a shit ton of kills.. this to me is more exploitable than what you just said.. yes please do change it |

if u are blue, u can guard him.. so if u didnt call and killed him, u deserve to get the kill. seemed to be reasonable irl too. |

self defense = real life and besides.. isnt this a game.. lol ok so tell me this... what are you going to do when your sitting there and some random low life char comes running up to you and attacks.. before u have a chance to even call g's one wack and hes dead... then what.. it didnt used to be this way.. it used to be you only got a kill if you were the one who initated teh attack.. i never recall a time that you got a kill regardless this also goes to hurt the shard more by giveing ppl un-necsary kills that they didn't rightfully aquire.. hence stay red longer and have to sit and afk macro kills away longer.. hence sitting loged on to a server that can barely handle 10 ppl on at a time tops ne ways.. catch my drift.. it needs to be fixed there is no need in someone getting a kill when they did not initiate the attack this is not something that new players joining the shard will enjoy.. i personally see it less exploitable the other way around than it is currently |
