There is a guard called Earle in Minoc, right by the bank (slightly to the west/south west) and he has this ridiculous hair style. I think he needs a talking to - it is not an appropriate part of the guards uniform imo!

I thought i fixed this months ago, and no new pink haired guards should spawn, the rest were just remnants left over, should be cleared with the npc wipe.

Ah sweet. I saw one more - also in Minoc.

I don't remember his name but he is the guard just to the east on the bridge to the mine
