Intentional judging from changelog. Don't see that point, takes forever, would be great to revert back to shorter time unless Bob cares to elaborate on it. |

I can understand. A long mark cast time is also nice. Giving you time to kill someone trying to mark at your house. |

How can you kill something when you can't cast other spells while waiting for it to mark? |

He means that if someone was in you'r house trying to Mark, you can kill them without them fighting back, because they can't cast anything back.

If it was a spell that did anything else i would say it is too long but it is just to mark a rune who cares really. |
