 Post subject: Mana Vampire Spell

Costs 40, the most i had it take from any single char was 6 and it still cost me 10. shouldn't it take a lot more from someone? I mean it is a high level spell. Totally not in line with the necro spell, that is cast much faster and fails A LOT less.
