This is insane, theres somthing wrong with vamp res for newer players. I killed Spiner and before i even got thru half way of looting he ressed again.. Please slow it down by atleast another minute or 2. Give us time to loot.

Nope.
There is a difference between "I didn't have time to loot" and "I didn't have time to loot him dry".
You have plenty of time to grab enough to make pvping them worthwhile, the complaint that you can't loot them of their last bandage and rune does not hold merit.

You have blood ingots Rippa? Gotta have quite a few.
For the rez length: it is longer the older and stronger you are. The youngest and weakest will rez much faster.

its bad enough that you cant take their head without staking their heart (which noone seems to be able to figure out), but a new vampire should not have a better chance to keep all their stuff after a battle either....idk , so im asking here, but they dont come back with full health right?

Nope id have to re kill him, which is pointless since i would have to kill him for the loot i had already pkd..

my suggestion to looters...........
loot things they need... aka.. bandies.. heal pots... ect...
my suggestion to vampires..
keep a 20 bags with healing supplies in half of them lol xD

That what I was going to say.
Loot there bandies, and weapons. Then they are f'ed. They'll be an easy kill, so its not that big of a deal. _________________

According to the old rules you can rez kill them if they rez and you are not done looting, nt sure if it still applies tho.

Also, you don't kills from reskills. Haven't for months, check your changelogs.
