I have a suggestion for obsidian in the attracting players department...erm ok ill start...Account creation fixed up, i think of it as a CV...If a new player visits obsidian and theirs no account creation..theyll most likely turn away, some maybe want to try the game before registering on forums..Like a CV if an employer sees a CV that has alot of pages they throw it in the bin..With account creation its registered..bang straight on without the complicated process of waiting for an account given by staff..who have there own lifes to live and prob one time might be to busy to get an account set up..which will result of the player going somewhere else

The server status is constant 0 if i was a new player i wouldnt join a game with no players..simple as so to fix that set up a fake server status with 30+ people..yeah its false advertisement kinda but hopefully a new player will fall in love with obsidian before taken into account theres 0 players on.

Errmm as for voting websites i dont really think they do much..im not sure if obsidian is even listed on their..and when it was we didnt really have much success..well maybe the odd guys joining so im thinking of branching out on facebook? on the official UO fanpage UO is very old alot of people who were addicted have cut ties with it, however seeing a shard advertised thats old might give them the buzz again ermm another idea i have is forget the age of obsidian..think of it and advertise it as a new shard...this way if somone stumbles across it, they wont say oh its 11 years old..and 0 players..i aint joining

I just think bringing players in is priority over patches and features, i dont want bob and staff to slave away and bring in great things when theres no one to enjoy them
