Allright, I've heard a lot of newbies wanting a place to live but not having the money for a house, so here is what I would like to know.

I'm currently planning out the addition of an RP only town to the shard, and collecting the needed resources for it. If we planned in and built an apartment complex, would you guys like to rent rooms, and if so, what price do you think would be fair per week?

Also, if there was sufficient demand I could make bigger houses available for rent, so you and your group of buddies could rent out a frat house or something.

would each room have a secure container to store your items in?

Yes, you could even lock down furniture or whatever. For all intensive purposes, it will be like owning your own home and paying a rent

in but after 2 weeks of playing i knew thet house is good but if u want u can buy house all for ur self easy
