My first account Xcemen when I try to log it , it say that its temporaly blocked.


I remember when I was a 14 yrs old kid I play from 2 houses, my mom house and also my dad house.

Echo blocked it and say cuz this account was play from 2 IP adress it was multi players on 1 account.


It was not multi players at all can I get my account Xcement unblocked?

Echo talking about marketing startegie but he is not willing at all to unblock old players account and stop jailing no reason at all.


WHY CANT I HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK OR AT LEAST MY REAL GAME AGE BACK??

ALSO WHY ALL MY PLAYERS GOT JAILED BY ECHO WHEN I KINDLY ASKED THAT?
