What does it do exactly?

Increases healing effects upon the wearer.

I don't see any effect increase lol

I remember someone said that it gets u to heal faster by bandages

It does what it says it does. lol it doesnt speed up healing it gives u more health healed. For instance i normally heal like 35 hp. while wearing my cloak i heal 50+
