Hey, will there be a house wipe soon? I would like to place one, but all the good areas are packed with decayed houses.

The last I remember GM Bob or Echo saying anything about this was that all houses were going to be refreshed one last time before any house wipe or turning the taxes back on.

That was a long time ago though and I'm probably not even remembering right lol

I got mine refreshed today and while Echo was around the areas he also refreshed some other peoples. Houses not owned by a player are deleted if the account has been deleted.

or you can go based on OSI and not charge taxes? just make houses decay and drop everything?
