Minimum delay = 2 seconds
So according to this chart my warrior fully fed with a shield and wep (130 dex) should have
11 + (0/20) - (130/20) + (2+1+0+0)
11 + . .0 . . - . . 6.5 . .+ . . . . 3
Total 7.5 Delay
Now I actually have a 9.5 second delay.. what's up with that?
