Any new user with less than 3 "approved posts" can not have their posts visible. This has nothing to do with censorship and everything to do with spam control. If you are a new user, please be patient until a moderator can approve your first couple of posts and then you can post without restriction.

It's been like this for over a year now but I wanted to hopefully clear up any future confusion.
