Today i bought a new house just to set my vendor in a traffic zone.
I set the house, buy the vendor deed....
...
...
still in my pack !!!
I can place it, inside, outside, near, far... no way.
Im dissapointed, i spent like 55k to the toilet...

No, think they are invul.. But most ppl having problems placing them atm, including me when i tryed it. so ill just wait until we hear an official word about it. |

ok here wot i found i bought a bunch of them to experimet, 5 all together u cant put them anywhere, cos when u dbl click the deed it needs to have a house sign target, and i found if you do it not near ur house the deed vansihed (this happened for me anyway). But if u dbl click the deed near ur house and target the sign with the owner then its ok, u can hire the vendor when u say "vendorname hire) and drop cash on it. But i also found when its placed anyone can hire it, so watch out soemone doesnt sneakily hire it once u placed it. well tahst wot happened to me, i heard other stories from other ppl. |

My deed wont vanish even if im not near my house or not owned house. I think the deeds are the problem, they are buged |

I think U have to be the owner of the house dbl click deed then house sign. |

Also make sure you are within your house zone, which for smaller houses is the squares DIRECTLY in front of the house, by the stone entrance. |

what i would do is place my house near a runestone exit, or at a popular mine. either that or just outside a town. they all work fine. but i would rather keep them at venders lodge. cause every one goes their just to see if theirs any cool items. and theirs alot of venders without happening to go house to house or town to town. i liked the old vendors! |

They can be placed anywhere in your house region. I would suggest several players get together and buy like a blacksmithy house and create a player run shop. Then all they need to do is let players know about it and it's an instant success Vendor lodges cause too much lag, crashing and furthermore there were always more people wanting vendors then available. |

Sorry havent been on much and this sounds quite cool, a question though, maybe its already been asked "Have the old vendors been deleted, and if so, is there any chance of getting stuff back off them?" |
