Lately I've noticed that conventional hammer picks cause you to miss alot. Even with GM mace I've still been missing monsters like 12 times in a row. Then, when I switch to a war axe, I never miss, and its hits do the same damage. Whats wrong with hammer picks? |

hammerpicks own i have no trouble with them (magical ones anyway). the regular 2 handed hammerpick sucks i think, partly cos u cant ue a shield, but as u said it seems to miss a tonne. also u may have noticed, and skill at GM level seems to be carpper than say a skill in the mid 90's. I e mining, at Gm u fail tonnes more, and archery miss towns more. kinda gay. |

I just use regular convetional because I get PKed quite a bit when I hunt. But it still is strange that you miss so much with one weapon. |

I have to agree... Except... When you DO hit, and that hit happens to be a critical strike... then the damage delt is extremely great |
