Fire Whip don't suck, you just don't know how to use it

ive heard that one before by duo i think it was. seeing you guys seem to no something everyone else doesnt, care to share!?

ive seen it tested by Lister and GM Necromancer Stormcrow. it done about 30 hp damage on poor ol naked lister. they also tryed it against armour i think and wasnt much better.
