Going back to 3 years ago, I remember been a lost newb here at Obsidian. I remember following my big brother Ex0dus like if he was my mentor, I didn?t know what to do not a clue about what this game was really about. I thought it was a boring game since I pretty much didn?t understand anything. A couple of month after I started, I began to meet some wonderful people such as the great Freeze, Sluggy, Impe, The beautiful Lady Athena, great Zur, Ice Blade, Seifer, Seph? and many more? I was also able to get my friends from school to play; I gave Galahad the UO CD so he can burn it and that way he would be able to play, soon enough the CD had traveled to about 4 other guys, such as Scorpion, Chaos Knight, Lancelot, and Fierce?.. It was kind of funny since they were newbs and I was sort of good and I used to PK them all the time? Who would have thought that they were going to turn out to be such good players? A couple of month later my little cousin Valor became staff member? it was cool? my brother was already staff member, one of the best staff members in this shard?. A year had passed? I was not a newb but a vet? god it felt good, I could now mentor others and I was finally good enough to fight some fucker such as Plinkers and Myth? oh yeah and my favorite slut Urza had created a guild called Obsidian Murderers?. Garr was in it as well as Seph? we were good. Until I was accepted into one of the greatest guilds that existed, GOD? that?s right the chaos guild? Impe, Seph, Sluggy, Urza, Myth, and my self at one point, the red crew? hehe? good old days. A few weeks later I was made counselor, counselor shadow? I enjoyed that position for about 5 month until I was made GM, it lasted about a month? I was young and like any young kid would do? I f***** up, I was taken away from my staff position but was given a second chance, but I was stupid and didn?t take it? I know have a new account since the old one got deleted? 3 years of Obsidian, and I have no regrets, what so ever? I want to tell Jorus, BB, Blinkers, THANK YOU!!! Thank you for keeping up with us and BB for taking all the shit they used to say about obs when it was shitty? Instead of quitting on us you turned it around and made it one of the best shards out there once again. I enjoyed been here and although I don?t play as much I still come in once and a while to say hi to all the old farts that are still around? [Staff only need to know this portion -J]
