21. Player names and titles are not to be changed for anyone, for any reason, except by a GM when it's necissary to change someone's name if deemed offensive.
This applies to EVERYONE including PK's especially KAINE. I'm sick and tired of pages and private messaged from players... ESPECIALLY KAINE, asking me to change their names. Apprently there is some GM out there who has been changing a particular players name and it's really pissing me off and I will deal with this situation. But, again NO NAME CHANGES. How clear can I make this?

On the side note, i remember reading a post from a staff member some
time ago that one should always read the rules.txt found in obsi dir, as
that should have the most recent updates.
Not that it's unclear to me what CyberVic wrote, lol.

hmmm why coulkdnt u also say the gm and player on the shard with the name changes its only right if u love sayin my name so much.....well Jorus keeps changing Herpes name and i just ask for one and they act like comepingaz

But the difference is that Herpes didn't want his name changer!
Jorus or witch ever gm did it just decieded that his name was not suitable after like 9 months of having it!
